À propos de l’œuvre

Nakahashi frequently embraced humor and visual puns in his street photography. In this scene in Seattle, Washington, a traffic sign hangs from a cable stretched between two streetlights, warning of a pedestrian crossing ahead. Nakahashi playfully called his photograph Cable Walk, imagining pedestrians forced to navigate the high wire as they crossed the street.
