Adam Ferdinand Tietz, ou Dietz, baptisé le 5 juillet 1708 à Holtschitz en royaume de Bohême et mort le 17 juin 1777 au château de Seehof en Franconie, est un sculpteur allemand rococo de l'ère baroque.
