Birth of His Illegitimate Daughter Marytgen
Around 1512 Lucas's illegitimate daughter Marytgen was born; she married the painter Dammas Claesz de Hoey, and their descendants formed the De Hoey family of artists.

Master of the Guild of Saint Luke in Leiden
He became a master of the Guild of Saint Luke in Leiden.

Marriage to Elisabeth van Boschuysen
He married Elisabeth van Boschuysen of a patrician Leiden family; her father Jacob had been burgomaster and sheriff. The marriage remained childless.
