Om værket

The artist and architect Kenneth Broad was drawn to scenes of everyday life, which he sketched while perched on a camp stool. He exhibited with the Arts and Crafts Exhibition Society in London. That group, founded in 1887, gave the Arts and Crafts movement its name.
