Eser hakkında
Just as Picasso’s printed imagery influenced many of his ceramic works, so his ceramics, in turn, inspired future prints and drawings. The same bullfighting scene depicted on the Bullfight plate below now reappears in this print, which portrays the same moment of confrontation between the picador and the bull, enclosed by the same circular shape as the plate itself. The undulating, erratic lines decorating the circumference of this image, whether intentionally or not, also recall hastily executed, chaotic handwriting.
