The exhibition “Irving Penn: Master Images” is held at the National Museum of American Art and the National Portrait Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.; in the same year the Center for Creative Photography at the University of Arizona shows “Irving Penn: Platinum Test Material”.
