In 1986, Helen Wilks was the resident artist for Battersea Arts Centre where she portrayed several dance performances. The production is possible My Sex, Our Dance which was the first choreographic work of the company. It was commissioned by Battersea Arts Centre and premiered there on 14 July 1986.
