Over het werk
Christus bidt geknield voor een visioen van een kruis. Op de voorgrond drie van zijn discipelen, slapend. Rechts op de achtergrond komt met Judas met enkele gewapende mannen aanlopen. Deze prent is onderdeel van de prentserie 'De kleine Passie', bestaande uit 12 scènes uit het Lijdensverhaal.
