Leaving Antwerp on 16 March, Zuccaro stays in England until 8 August 1575; he also paints Mary, Queen of Scots, Sir Nicholas Bacon, Sir Francis Walsingham and Lord High Admiral Howard.

Hurries back to Italy for the dome in Florence
Learning that Francesco I de’ Medici wishes to commission him to complete the Last Judgement in the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore, left unfinished by Vasari on his death in 1574, Zuccaro immediately decides to return to Italy; on the way back he stops over in Antwerp from 18 to 30 August.
