Con le parole del museo — in olandese

Wolkendek met Boreas (Noordenwind). Hij wordt vergezeld door Saturnus en een adelaar. Hun voeten rusten op de Noordenwind (Septentrio), die als blazend hoofd zonder lichaam is afgebeeld. Beneden op de aarde zijn het Noorden en de Winter gepersonifieerd. Links op de achtergrond een gezicht op Nova Zembla. Rechts op de achtergrond het volk van Noorwegen. In de marge een vierregelig onderschrift, in twee kolommen, in het Latijn.
