Pan geeft de godin Diana, die door de lucht zweeft, sneeuwwitte wol en wint zo haar liefde. Naast pan staat een geit, het symbool van de wellust. De prent behoorde oorspronkelijk tot liber 22 van de Atlas van Rome van Michiel Hinloopen (Schijnvoet boek 10).
