Maria bezoekt haar nicht Elisabet. In de deuropening Zacharias en Jozef. Links op de achtergrond de geboorte van Johannes de Doper. Door het venster is te zien hoe Jozef en Maria terugkeren naar Nazareth. Boven het venster een medaillon met de annunciatie. Bij verschillende elementen uit de voorstelling staan letters die corresponderen met de legenda in de marge.
