Elle appartient à la collection, mais n’est pas présentée en ce moment.
This statuette representing St. Peter, togeter with its companion figure of St. Paul (A.57-1925), can be ascribed with some confidence to Agostino Cornacchini. Relevant points of comparison in Cornacchini's work are the statue of Elijah in St. Peter's (1727) and two terracotta sketch-models preserved in the Opera del Duomo at Orvieto for the statues of the Archangels in the Cathedral of Orvieto (1729).
