Peut-on la contempler ?
Londres, Royaume-Uni
Elle appartient à la collection, mais n’est pas présentée en ce moment.
This terracotta bust, representing a friar, is made by an unknown artist, in Florence in the first half of the sixteenth century.
The bust was acquired as a portrait of Savonarola. The features have no resemblance to the medallic portraits of Savonarola, and it is possible that a Franciscan rather than a Dominican friar is shown.
