Venus staat op een schelp terwijl zij water uit haar haren wringt ('Venus Anadyomene'). Om haar heen zes vogels, en links naast haar het teken Steenbok (Capricornus) van de dierenriem. In de ondermarge een tweeregelig vers in het Italiaans.
