Двухстворчатые, с фигурной "коруной". На коруне изображено "Благовещение". На створках врат - евангелисты. Врата состоят из двух половин. Верх фигурный, на этой части врат живописное изображение Благовещения на зеленоватом фоне, церковные здания, красные желтые, зеленые. Под фигурным верхом в 4-х квадратах в жилой обстановке изображены евангелисты: Иоанн Богослов, Матфей, Лука, Марко. Изображены в рост в сидячем положении за письмом. Общий фон врат жёлтый. Письмо икон в ковчежцах.
