This bronze statue depicts Mary Magdalene. She stands with her right leg bent and the upper part of the body turned to the left. Her head, with long hair falling over the shoulders, is bent slightly downwards, the eyes looking to the left. She is wearing a loose fitting tunic and a cloak falling from the right shoulder is brought round the body and held by the left hand against her right hip. The right arm bent, the hand held up; the fingers slighly apart. On the base 'S.M.M.'
