Изображение Спаса прямоличное, оплечное. Лик обрамлен прядями и локонами волос, спускающимися на плечи. Хитон красный, гиматий темно-синий. Фон и нимб - золотые. Нимб с красным кантом и монограммами. Надписи красные: слева «IС» и «ГДЬ ВСЕДЕ», справа «ХС» и «РЖИТЕЛЬ». Поля темно-зеленые, опушь двойная.
