Лик Спаса с клинообразной бородой обрамлен спускающимися на плечи четырьмя прядями волос. Санкирь оливковый, вохрение красновато-коричневое. Фон охристый. Внизу, у бороды, надпись. Икона имеет разновременные серебряный оклад (на полях) и венец. Гвозди и 2 фрагмента венца из недрагоценного металла.
