Ținând într-o mână sulița iar în cealaltă sprijinind sabia, Sf. Agapie este reprezentat frontal asemeni tuturor celorlalți sfinți militari, purtând o amplă mantie roșie înnodată la gât. Acest panou este datorat etapei stilistice a picturii înfăptuite de Dobromir anterior anului 1526.
