Groot profiel van de stad Leiden. Links een kwabachtig cartouche met kinderen lezend in boeken, Minerva en een Latijnse tekst met de opdracht aan de bestuurders van de Universiteit van Leiden. Linksboven het wapen van het graafschap Holland, rechtsboven het stadswapen. Gedrukt van vier platen, geplakt op linnen en in vieren gevouwen.
