Scenă de gen cu un tânăr nud, cu fes pe cap, șezând pe jos, cu mâinile într-un recipient, (probabil) prăjind castane. În alte versiuni, lucrarea este intitulată: „Spoitoraș”. Semnat și datat, gravat, stânga sus, greu lizibil: „Aman 1881”(?).
