Apunte de playa que muestra en primer plano, una figura femenina de medio cuerpo de espaldas, con el pelo recogido. En segundo plano, una figura masculina se adentra en el agua, dirigiéndose hacia una barca representada de perfil con la vela izada. En ella aparecen insinuadas con trazos esquemáticos de dos figuras en la popa. Completan la composición una barca vista de popa en la orilla, a la izquierda y al fondo, la línea del horizonte. El estilo de dibujo recuerda todo lo realizado en Jávea en 1905
