Landschap met Orpheus die de vedel bespeelt, als allegorie op het element aarde. Hij wordt omringd door de dieren die op zijn muziek afgekomen zijn. In de marge een vierregelig gedicht, in twee kolommen, in het Latijn. Eerste prent uit een serie met de vier elementen.
