Een vrouw met zes borsten. Haar onderlijf is een sokkel met dierenkoppen. De vogel, fakkel, vruchten en urn met water verwijzen naar de vier elementen: lucht, vuur, aarde en water. Onder de voorstelling twee regels tekst in het Latijn.
