Митрополит Алексей дан в фас, в рост, с развёрнутыми по сторонам руками. В левой руке закрытое евангелие на красном платке. Омофор - жёлтый с чёрными крестами и точками. Саккос с крестами в кругах. Фон, поля, позём - разного трудно различимого цвета. Опушь внутренняя и внешняя - двойная.
