Picasso met Georges Braque; together they became the founders of Cubism, a movement that rejected the traditions of naturalism.

Beginning of Work with the Kahnweiler Gallery
Picasso joined the recently opened Paris gallery of Daniel-Henry Kahnweiler, who became one of the first champions of his work and of Cubism.
