The joint show “A Cellular Maze” in Derry

“The citizen” is shown at “A Cellular Maze,” a joint exhibition with Donagh at the Orchard Gallery in Derry; for it the pair create a yellow pamphlet appropriating the style of the 17th-century political pamphlets distributed by the Diggers and Ditchers, linking the cause of the Republican strikers to earlier historic struggles.

    Designing computer casings

In the 1980s he again ventures into industrial design, designing two computer exteriors: the OHIO computer prototype (for the Swedish firm Isotron, 1984) and the DIAB DS-101 (for Dataindustrier AB, 1986).
