Anverso: Paisaje En primer plano, un camino que discurre de izquierda a derecha, con bordillo. Tras él, a la izquierda, una pequeña montaña o ladera. Reverso: Interior de iglesia Vista del ábside de una iglesia desde la nave central. Es semicircular, con columnas o pilares adosados. A la derecha, confesionario o púlpito con cubierta semicircular. Junto a éste, una figura.

The family moved to Madrid. For the next decade Sorolla concentrated on large canvases of orientalist, mythological, historical and social subjects for salons and international exhibitions in Madrid, Paris, Venice, Munich, Berlin and Chicago.
