Industria met een brandende fakkel in haar hand. Ze leunt op een houten plaat, over de plaat hangen bit en teugel voor een paard. Aan haar voeten zit een halfnaakte man met een muts op. Op de achtergrond een landschap met Romeinse ruïnes en een stad in het verschiet.
