    Joining the Paris circle

    Pascin moves to Paris, joining artists arriving in the city from different countries.

  2. 1913

    Twelve works at the Armory Show

    Twelve works by Pascin appear at the Armory Show, his first exhibition in the United States.

  3. 1918

    Marriage to Hermine David

    Pascin marries Hermine David at New York City Hall.

  4. September 1920

    American citizenship

    Pascin becomes a US citizen with support from Alfred Stieglitz and Maurice Sterne; he returns to Paris soon afterward.
