Interieur waarin een vrek aan een maaltijd zit, rechts staat de Dood als een huisbediende in de houding. De deur wordt door de Honger geopend voor bezoek van twee forse dames, een rijke vrouw, mogelijk een prostituee, met een dienstmeid.
