De Heilige Gregorius voor een altaar waarop Christus verschijnt met de passiewerktuigen. Boven de voorstelling, buiten de plaatrand, een inscriptie in een oude hand in rode inkt. Op de achterzijde van het blad eveneens handgeschreven tekst in een oude hand, in zwarte inkt.
