Busto de figura infantil de frente, ligeramente inclinado hacia la derecha. Tiene los ojos cerrados y lleva la cabeza cubierta con un gorro cerrado al cuello, con volantes en la parte frontal y abultado en la parte superior trasera. Por la parte del pecho, a la izquierda, apunte de una mano adulta que parece sujetarle. A la derecha, breve apunte de un rostro infantil. Reverso: Rasguños a lápiz.
