Anverso: Escena Escena enmarcada por un rectángulo, a modo de marco. En ella, una serie de rasguños de forma sinuosa parecen representar figuras frente a una pasarela alargada que desemboca en lo que podría ser un barco a motor. Reverso: Pasarela En la zona superior izquierda, dibujo de una pasarela que une un muelle con un barco a motor, del que se distingue la chimenea.

Sorolla returned to Valencia to marry Clotilde García del Castillo; by 1895 they had three children — María, Joaquín and Elena.

Moves to Madrid: large canvases for the salons
The family moved to Madrid. For the next decade Sorolla concentrated on large canvases of orientalist, mythological, historical and social subjects for salons and international exhibitions in Madrid, Paris, Venice, Munich, Berlin and Chicago.
