About the work
Two men lie in parallel cement tubes. Their heads and shoulders are visible poking out from the end of the tubes. The man closest to the camera smiles and looks out towards image right. The man beside him appears more serious. In the foreground, within reach of the opening of the tubes, are two bags propped up against some rocks. In the background, piles of dirt are interspersed with more segments of cement tubing.
