    Closes his autobiography: “I owe Berlin much”

    Graff travels often to Berlin, where his father-in-law, Johann Georg Sulzer, has introduced him to the Prussian court; the Prussian nobility become very fond of him and good customers. In 1778 he closes his short autobiography with the words “I owe Berlin much”.
