Un ciobănaș reprezentat în picioare, sprijinit pe o bâtă. Pe umăr poartă o traistă. În dreapta, un câine, în spate, o turmă de oi și dealuri. Semnat stânga jos cu roșu: Grigorescu. Nedatat.
