In the museum's own words — in Dutch

Christus bidt in de hof van Getsemane. Uit de hemel verschijnt een engel. Links slapen Petrus, Johannes en Jacobus. Rechts Golgota met de drie kruizen. De voorstelling is gevat in een ornamentele omlijsting met medaillons. Op de hoeken de vier evangelisten en in de andere medaillons scènes uit de passie van Christus.
