Για τον πίνακα
An anonymous painter made Ecce Homo around 1520. The picture belongs to the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Pilate presents the standing Christ to the assembled people, while Saint Bridget kneels beside him. Other episodes occupy the background: there Christ is shown being scourged and receiving the crown of thorns, alongside the principal scene of his presentation.
