Über das Werk
A loaf of bread in the shape of a person sits on a tiled countertop. A green concha surrounds a blob of white dough to form a head. Two pointed, baguette-like shapes form the legs. The numbers one through forty-three are written in black text inside the tiles. The numbers follow a spiral pattern that starts and ends at the upper left. The number forty-three is repeated in red text in a circle around the bread figure. The letters "AYZ" appear in the tiles to the left of the figure's head. The year "2014" and the word "MEX." are written in the lower center tiles.
