Close-up, high-contrast view of cliffs near Seto, Japan. The lower portion of the cliffside consists of a vertically-striated, textured rock. Several protrusions on this portion of the cliff cast large, triangular shadows on the rockface. The upper portion of the cliff consists of a lighter rock with mainly horizontal striations.
