O obrazu
Pablo Picasso painted Pierrot in Biarritz in 1918. The oil canvas belongs to the Museum of Modern Art in New York and measures 92.7 × 73 cm. Sam Lewisohn bought it from the Bourgeois Gallery in May 1923 and kept it until his death in 1951. His bequest brought the painting into the collection in 1952. It is currently not exhibited.
