O obrazu
L’Étreinte depicts a man and woman embracing and kissing in Picasso's 1970 painting, now at the Musée Picasso in Paris. He painted it in Mougins in oils on a canvas measuring 146 by 114 cm. The stretcher bears the name Jacqueline. Formerly in Jacqueline Picasso's collection, the painting passed to the state through the tax settlement of 1990.
